Teens between the ages of 14 and 17, with the approval
of their parent or guardian, can request Teen Court if they have not participated during the previous two years. If the teen
is 18, they must still be in high school.
The parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of enrollment and
during the Teen Court session. An emergency release form must be signed and notarized by the parent/guardian.
Offenders must enter a plea of guilty or no contest to be eligiible for Teen Court.
