Teen Court Defendants must complete the paperwork packet and turn it in to Teen Court within 10 days following their original
court date and entering a plea to apply for Teen Court.
Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or assistance
in completing the forms.
All forms must be completly filled out and notorized in order to be accepted to Teen Court.
